Get 30 smithing by doing the knights sword Quest ....
Then have a decent amount of cash like 500k , Buy iron ore and coal in a ratio of 1:2
Then go to alkarhid and smelt steel bars

another way is (Not much profitable, but more exp)
get mage lvl 43 and smithing lvl 30 +
go to GE buy same amount of coal and iron and if you buy 1k iron buy 1k nature rune and a fire staff
superheat and there you go
Mage Xp and smithing xp with profit....

Actually I find it easier to just bot the coal & buy the iron. Smelt into steel bars with either furnace or magic and then when your acc is mems turn to cannonballs & sell ftw.

Best way to make money, Bot to mine Iron. I made like 6m in 6 nights. You make 700k-1m/Night maybe more if your Mining spot is good :)
